PU sandwich panel production line

PU sandwich panel production lineis used for PU sandwich panel manufacturing. Including double side color steel sandwich panel, single side aluminum foil composite sandwich panel, color steel corrugated sheet roofing. This machine has PLC central control system, which can manage the whole manufacturing process. Automatic manufacturing, easy to operate, safe and stable. The equipment includes 8 parts, which are colored steel loading system, pressing system, convey system, PU foaming supply system, aluminium foil loading system, laminating conveyor system, side chain cycle system, convey system and cutting system. The characteristic of the equipment is that the surface layer material, PU foaming material and side adhesive tape could be tansported continuously, the 18 meter's length double caterpiller chain laminating conveyor can roll cyclicly, then meet the continuous production and produce the uncertain length production in synchronization.
