HC-209 PU interactive lamination foaming machine 6.3x1.4(1+1) Laminating machine is used for PU plate producing. The max producing square is 6x1.2, the thickness is between 50-150mm, and each time finishes one piece. This machine adopts hydraulic drive to press and lock, its convenient to operate. Equipped with Gear Synchronous Device to maintain the level when move on the crossbeam. Moving trolley is driven by motor, accelerate slowly when it starts, and decelerate evenly when it stops. Moving trolley is equipped with heating unit, which can heat the trolley when its necessary. That can satisfy the temperature requirement to insure foaming evenly, and insure the quality of the foaming.
